Facilities
West Parish has facilities available to members and to the public, including:
Download the single use facility request form for one time reservation of meeting rooms or Fellowship Hall. If you desire room rentals on an ongoing basis, you may complete the long term facility use form. Forms can be mailed or fax to the Administrative Assistant.






Inquiries about renting space or wedding scheduling should be made to the Administrative Assistant during normal business hours.
